His training and experience emanates from a well reputable Law Firms in the name of Huck Stuppel & Ross and Moche Attorneys. Currently he is embarked in the following: Rural Development and Land Reform project:Transferring land as called for by Restitution of land Act 22 of 1994, Debt Collection,Revenue enhancement and Litigation both on behalf of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, City of Johannesburg ,Ekurhuleni Municipality and National treasury panel.
Collins Mpho Nkomo
Associate LLB (UP)He is a graduate from the University of Pretoria, he is also an admitted attorney. He holds an LLB degree and has vast experience in High and Mag Court litigation, Administration of Deceased Estates and Third party claims (Raf) Litigation. His experience was acquired as a litigant while employed by the State Attorney and Manganye attorneys.
John Joe Makama
Associate – LLB (UP)He is a graduate from the University of Pretoria, he is also an admitted attorney, in good standing, and he holds an LLB degree and has vast experience in real estates and commercial litigation. In civil Litigation he specializes in Deceased Estates, Family Law, Damages, and Labour Law contracts. Prior to his studies he worked as a detective in the South African Police Service stationed at Atteridgeville from 1986-1996. In 2004 he joined Manamela Incorporated as a professional assistant, he headed the forensic Investigation Department. In 2007 he established J.J Makama Attorneys. Currently he serves the Legal Aid Board of South Africa as their law firm of choice .In 2010 he was appointed by the Master of the High Court as a liquidator.
